We tried to grow Kolodvorska. The building said no.
Kolodvorska is at capacity. For a while we tried to grow it — add a floor, rent the attic, take over the courtyard — and none of it worked. The building is what it is.
Meanwhile, members kept asking for two things we couldn't give them there: a quieter floor for focus weeks, and conference rooms that don't share a wall with a 300-person event hall. Reasonable asks. Kolodvorska just isn't that kind of building.
Roof Gardens is. A high-end residential complex in Sarajevo whose top floor was built for gatherings — 286 square meters indoors, two 120-square-meter conference rooms, and an outdoor amphitheater. We run it as both coworking and event space. The windows and acoustics are already better than anything a coworking fit-out could produce — this isn't a building where you'd ever try to maximize desk density.
From August 2026, those 286 square meters are tershouse. Your existing membership works there. On weekends, Roof Gardens' own programming continues.
